Training

Experience of delivering training programmes for Museums, Heritage sites and Independan arts wenues in: Marketing, Evaluation, Risk Assessment, Audience Development and Working with Artists. For three years, I delivered the Audience Development programme and as a freelance consultant for Museums Development East Midlands.  

Mentoring

Experience of mentoring young people wanting to enter creative industiries, cultural sites run by volunteers, apprentices and peer to peer mentoring. Previous experience includes freelance mentor to Learning and Outreach team at Gunnersbury Museum, London and to Education Officers at Kensington Palace (Historic Royal Palaces - Palace Stories Project).

Funding Applications

Success in supporting independent Museums and Heritage sites making Awards for All and National Heritage Lottery Fund applications. Experience of Arts Council, Esmee Fairbain and Paul Hamlyn funding application for large scale projects. 

Project Evaluation

Experience in qualitative and quantitative evaluation of Arts Council and National Heritage Lottery Funded projects. Advice and delivery of best practice evaluation tools, data collection and report writing to meet external funding guidelines.
